Boys State and Girls State constitute a dynamic government simulation program designed for youth completing their junior year of high school by June of each year. The primary objective of this initiative is to provide "hands-on" training in the functioning of city, county, and state government. Participants will engage with all levels of government, encompassing the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. As citizens of this program, participants will take part in a diverse range of activities, fostering an understanding of the significance of their roles within government structures. Furthermore, this program offers an opportunity to connect with peers from across Georgia, facilitating the establishment of enduring friendships.
